- Pre-Lesson Menu Customization (done via phone or email)
- A brief discussion of our menu strategy
- Quick knife skills tutorial
- A guide to new ingredients and where to source them
- Hands on experience cooking each dish
- The chef's time and talent
- Opportunities to ask any questions you have about food, cooking, tools, the industry, or sourcing
- The fruits of your labor. After cooking everything. You get to eat it!
This does not include:
- The price of food. I will provide you with a grocery list before the lesson.
- If you would like me to do the shopping. I charge an additional fee of $25.
- Travel time. If you live more than 30 minutes away from South Philly. I charge an additional $30.
